Left Hand
omg... so i have this like nervous/bored thing that i do.. i tend to bite the sides of my nail, not the nail its self, but like the skin around it... dont know why i do it, i know its gross, and it hurts really bad... but like 80% of the time i dont realize that i am doing it so it gets bad.... how can i stop this.. majority of this was done from tonight... :/
