Apply a purple eyeshadow all over, past the crease, about halfway up to your eyebrows and underneath about a cm out from your lower lash line.
Use a black eyeshadow over the top stopping just before the purple ends.
Blend blend blend.
Apply nude eyeshadow under your eyebrows to highlight and to make sure the purple is blended nicely.
Giant cat eye, scouse brows, mascara, done!
