1. apply jumbo pencil in milk all over your lid 2. Apply purple and then the brown 3.blend brown 4. apply color tattoo on the center of your lid, I used a liquid eyeliner 5.put on your fav eyelashes n you'll be looking fab lol hope that helps and thank you Sarah ((:
