No I have a big mole on my eye lid that makes it hard for eye shadow but I've leanered how to work,it into the shape by just putting a eye shadow primer over it an coloring it in like it's not there.

I do my eyebrows the same way! but I have this ridiculous mole right in front of my brow and I feel like it really ruins the potential my brows could have :(
