First you use eye shadow primer. then I used a deep turquoise eye shadow from nars on lid. below brow was a laura mercier shimmer highlighter. in the crease I used a sparkly black. I always use Chanel liquid liner since it tends to stay on the best. once I was done the top part I moved to the bottom. I used my own design for the lace. it really depends on what you like. total time-30 minutes.
