OMG I am grateful for this "process" shown as my lips are CONSTANTLY chapped even though I use lip balm all the time! Thank you for sharing!

Thanks Alicia! Try not to over balm your lips as well - that can lead to excess chapping. I'd say focus on a healthy dose of un-petroleum jelly on your lips as a part of your night time regiment. Add the lip scrub to your morning regiment and that should help keep the flakes at bay during the day. x

Yes! Someone else believes there is a such thing as "over balming" your lips. I use to say, "I don't like this chapstick, i feel like my lips get soggy" That was my dumb way of saying it makes my lips peel but it wasn't dry, it was soft. But anyway, my boyfriends lips get chapped a lot, so I got him to start using Lansinoh Lanolin.. sounds weird but it is actually nipple cream for when you breast feed, I looked it up online, a lot of people recommended it and it really does work, He happily buys this nipple cream because he no longer has chapped lips, when he stops using it they get chapped just like before and then he starts, and voila, gone again! You should try it. The tube costs like 9 dollars but it's like a travel size lotion tube, and a little goes a long way.
