I used a darker foundation n stippled it in random sections around my face n neck , n then I just used eyeshadow really :) I just went with it , but the end result was really good, always remember to do a highlight on a black eye for swelling , n them for the bloody nose I used red n black eyeshadow with Vaseline to give a gooey effect xD xxx

Let me know if you do :) if you google bruises, you can really observe the colour ranges, I found the green n burnt orange created the best effect, I used mainly reds on my wrist to create retrained marks :) xx
