i really need to know how you did this. i got the whole layering and shatter effect, but i cant get it right lol

which part are you having trouble with - the gradient or the shatter polish? i did the gradient with a sponge, and i find that the trick to getting the shatter (i used OPI, by the way - NOT all shatter polishes are created equal! sephora's 'blasted' line is a good one too...) to look like this is to use a thin coat of it. does that help at all?
