Those wounds look painful, so you definitely did a great job on her! And I like the nosebleed touch.

Well, I've never tried anything like this, but if I try REALLY hard to find something that you can improve on...hmm...maybe use more different shades of red and gray for depth around the eyes and wounds? But I really do think you've done an impressive job already!
