Honestly, I love studio fix. It's a silica base foundation, oil free so it shouldn't secrete excess oil. The silica helps smooth over textural issues (blemishes, scarring, dry patches). If I were you, lovey, I'd go by MAC and get a 10 day free sample of the studio fix foundation and also ask for a sample of their prep and prime skin base visage face primer- this does wonders!! Among other amazing qualities to this primer, the most important is it puts a protective barrier on the skin so your foundation does not sit in pores. Let me know how it goes!

Oh okay thanks! I've been wanting to try the mineralized skin finish natural for awhiles, but just haven't gotten around to it. xD one more question, which Mac foundation do you think would be best for dry-combo, acne prone skin?

You're sweet, Sierra! I'm A MAC artist so it is all MAC. I'm using studio fix foundation and studio finish concealer. I use mineralized skinfinish powder on top. For cheeks, I use soft and gentle mineralized skinfinish for a soft highlighter and then buff blush and refined golden bronzer for a soft, not harsh, contouring.
