Hello Kitty French Tip
This is the very first nail design I ever tried, so it's not the best, but I tried... I used tape to create the tips, if requested I can make a video. I used a nail art pen for the whiskers and eyes, but a tooth pick with black polish will work fine. I did the nose and bow with a tooth pick.
