What white base have you used? It's so flawless. :)

i primed my face with a white eye shadow base and blotted of the excess with tissue. then i used a white adjuster that is used to cover tattoos, and applied that with sponges. I powdered in between each layer so it would dry faster. So i just layered until it looked perfect :)
