I used Chaos and Black Market from the Urban Decay Vice palette, with black an blue glitter over them. I then used MUG Shimma Shimma on my browbone to highlight.

Thank you!! :) I used Revlon Photoready Primer + Eye Brightener with NYX Jumbo Pencil in Milk before I applied my shadows. Then, to apply my glitter, I sprayed MAC Fix+ on a brush and patted the glitter on.
