simple & easy
1) use your FAV concealer or foundation around your eyes
2) line your eye lid with BLACK cream eyeliner [ I start from the putter corner, half way ] * optional * line your water line with BLACK as well *
3) BLUE nyx eyeshadow, bottom lashes, outter then work your way to the center of your eyes
4) HOT PINK blush, inner corner then work your way to the center
&
5) CLEAR mascara for a natural look
