For the base of this design i used Flip Flop Fantasy by China Glaze. Then, I made alternating stripes of black and while with a striper polish. After that, I used a very large dotting tool and made 3-4 dots of the same color on the lines. Finally, I made slightly smaller dots of the opposite color inside the larger dots. :)
