Let's say you do your nails with the flocking powder, then go eat messy ribs... will it stain or with it wash clean, will the powder wash off if you scrub it? I'm just wondering. lol Thought it was interesting and I'm kind of a germ freak.

It's called flocking powder. I don't know where you're from, but if you have specialized craft stores in your area you might find it there. If not, you can search "flocking powder" on Ebay you'll get tons of cheap items.
