started my outline with black, continued by forming a semi cat eye, I deepened the outer corner with the same black. I added royal blue to the lid. (Pat&pack) then I added some blue glitter from NYC glitter pallet, black eyeliner. Went from light blue to dark blue on the bottom lash line, mascara & black eyeliner on waterline. ♥
