all kinds of cheap products! :) toilet paper and liquid latex to build the prostetic, this was last years halloween soo i dont remember the foundation i think its in the video toward the end somewhere prolly, some ben nye creams and e.l.f. gel liner, and prestige liquid eyeliner in popstar (white) for the teeth and soldering wire.
link to the tutorial is below (im pretty sure the first ten minutes of this is just building the prostetic if you skip ahead to 10:45 or 11:00 ish you will see the finishing up and more of the products however the video quality is very poor this is an old vieod and needs an update) :\
