In a World of Black and White

i'm still working on applying gel-eyeliner. I'm not the best at it but I think this is a good start. all I did was take black gel-eyeliner and apply it to my upper lid and lower lash line. I think traced the upper line with a white eyeliner pencil. I applied some mascara and a little dab of shimmery white shadow to the corner of my eye for a little extra dramaaaa.
