All you need are two polishes of your choice, a makeup sponge or foamy kitchen sponge, top coat, Nail Polish Remover, cotton swab, and patience. Here is a link to a great tutorial for how to do it: http://www.thenailasaurus.com/2012/....
You can also use acrylic paint on a white polish base if you want. Sometimes, they blend better and look smoother. Good luck and show me what combo you come up with!
