pop of color :)
This look was inspired by Viktoria Komova's eye makeup during the Olympics. I lined my eyes with a navy liner, and then smudged it out on the top lash line and layered some matte blue shadow on the liner on the top lash line to soften the look, then added a coat of black mascara.
