Carmel Highlight and Soft Curls

Added Carmel Peekaboo highlights to a clients hair over the weekend. Then I gave her soft sexy, romantic curls to show them off.

Products Used

The highlights were done with Redken Up to 7 Lightener and 20 volume. I did slices on either side of her part in the front and in a criss crossing pattern in the back. Then I toned her highlights with a 9GB to give that warm carmel color.
For the styling I sprayed her hair with spray starch and then used a one inch marcel iron. I curled her hair in 5 horizontal rows away from the face. Setting each row with redken 18. Then I ran redken glass through her hair, messing up the girls and reforming them. I finished her with redken 12 hair spray.
