Thank you, Katarina! I made this myself by using some fake flowers, thick green wire, and some ribbon! First I took the wire and wrapped it around my head a few times and clipped he wire so it looked like a big wire hoop. Then I wrapped another extremely long piece of wire around the wire hoop in a coiling fashion while adding the flowers as I went along. It ended up looking like a metal spring with flowers coming out of it (if that makes any sense). Since all the wire was exposed, I took my ribbon and wrapped it around the wire in the same coiling fashion so it covered all of the exposed wire and only the flowers were showing.

That sounds really confusing in writing, I'm so sorry! Maybe I'll try to make a quick picture tutorial in a couple days and hopefully that will help you out some more =) Sorry if that was really unclear!
