Does it transfer on your lid at all? I feel like I need to buy a sealer because whenever i wear their loose pigment as a liner it tends to do that.

I wore this to the lady gaga concert just last week with a waterproof sealer from MUFE and it didn't budge all night even though it was outdoors and super hot! I've never worn it any other way so maybe you should try it out? (:

i used the NYX Jumbo Pencil in Milk and created the shape I wanted first with an angled brush. then i applied the royal sugar pigment on top. i got the side crisp with a make up wipe but the top of the liner was just done precisely (: thank you xx
