Hi Victoria (: I concealed my lips first. Then applied a red lipliner to shape my cupids bow. They I just used a tiny lip brush to apply the colors in order. So I started off with red, orange, yellow etc. But very carefully because you want to blend not smudge, and it's very easy to do that with lipstick. I used the MUFE 12 Flash Color Case (:
