I don't have any tutorials up atm but this lip is very very easy! Just take a hot pink liner pencil and line your lips very carefully, then fill the whole thing in. Then apply a fuchsia colour like you would a normal lipstick. Lastly apply a gold pigment (i used goldilux by sugarpill) and dab it in the center part of your lips (:
