the base is a england saint george and then i topped it with deborah lippmann's across the universe, just on half the nail up to the tip.

i think the large big big chunks of glitter were loose glitter i hand placed on there underneath across the universe if i remember right, but across the universe is a must have, the glitters do not disappoint.
