Emerald City Eyes
Emerald City Eyes: I could rock these in The Wiz. Real easy smoked out green look. I used colors from The Black Palette by Urban Decay (Cobra, Libertine, and Black Dog), NYX Nude on Nude Palette, INGLOT #58 AMC eyeshadow, and Wet n’ Wild Color Icon Trio in Spoiled Brat (silver shadow). My eyebrow highlight was a skin tone nude shade by INGLOT and my liners were INGLOT #77 Black AMC Eyeliner Gel and Urban Decay 24//7 Glide-on eye pencil in Zero.
