Black Eye Makeup

First of all, for this look the idea is to make your 'bruise' appear as realistic as possible. Unfortunately I didn't have any latex skin, so my bruise doesn't appear to be swollen much. However, I started by outlining my 'bruise' with a stippling sponge and BEN NYE BRUISE COLOUR WHEEL. Please note: A natural bruise extends above and beyond the eye (temples, cheekbone, nose.etc), and isn't black but contains blue, green, red and yellow undertones. I applied AUBURN-RED PENCIL EYELINER on the bottom-inner rim of my eye, so my eye appeared bloodshot, and to give definition. Then finally, I blended out the makeup to finish off the look with a foam sponge.
