These are nail skins! You can easily purchase them online or there are found in various offline stores. There is one in 가로수길 where I bough majority of mine. A tip when applying these is to use nail base coat, but do not apply top coat unless you are double layering your colors with a print. If you apply top coat with one layer the surface of the skin will become wrinkly.
