How did you do this effect? It looks amazing!
Thank you :) I used the sponge technique for the gradient first, applied a thin coat of top coat, then let it dry for a few minutes. Then I just used a dotting tool and the lighter pink color to make the pattern. The dots start to disappear and blend in once it reaches the same light pink color. I originally applied regular top coat afterwards to smooth things out, but got bored and made it matte a few days later. It's definition easier to do than it looks! :)
