1: Black base coat
2: Sponge on white polish and use a dotting tool to add white dots (all done randomly)
3: Dab on a few dots of different blues and purples
4: Quickly use a clear glitter polish to mix all the colors together
5: Add more glittery colors if you'd like
6. Top coat. Done!
