I tried to create a galaxy/space look.
For the base, I used:
Ulta - Little Black Dress.
With a tissue, I used:
Pure Ice - Mint Dream
Pure Ice - Purple Reign
Wet n Wild - Caribbean Frost
Butter London - Primrose Hill Picnic.
For the starry effect, I used:
L.A. Colors - Sparkling Diamonds.
Then an Ulta top coat.
