The Girl On Fire
I was really excited for the movie "The Hunger Games" to come out, as I read the books over the Christmas Break. So the night right before I went to see it I decided that I wanted to have some fun and experiment with some brighter, more bold colours than I'm used to.
Once I was done the eyes I wanted to make the lips nicely glossy but not too pigmented so they wouldn't be the main focus which is why I chose a tinted lip balm.
