Easy Newspaper Nails!! :)

1. Paint nails with a light colored polish
2. Dip nails in rubbing alcohol for a few seconds (or you can press down with an alcohol pad like I did)
3. Use a strip of newspaper and press down firmly for 10-15 seconds.
4. Apply a base coat. (VERY important!!)
Voila! Super cute and easy newspaper nails :)
