Step 4: Eyebrows!
I am naturally blonde, so my eyebrows don't stand out without a little bit of help. I use a powder for them, rather than a pencil.

I think the color works great with your hair and skin tone. I just think you could come up with a different design for your brows: it would really pop those beautiful eyes of you up =)
