what product did you use for the light blue? And love this look!

Thank you! :) I did the whole winged out part using NYX Jumbo pencil in Milk (I drew it and filled in) then I sprayed MAC's Fix+ on a eyeshadow brush and used the lightest blue in the costal scents 88 original palette and went over the white.
