unfortunately I havent. I AM testing out the E.L.F 144 palette and i must say..i actually like it even though the price was so cheap.

Oh thats ok! I just did my sisters makeup and because shes gorgeous she came out looking fabulous but, I used the coastal scents palette on her I first had to prime, then layer with a matte, THEN apply the shimmer (lawd). And to me it was still a little dull smh We really have to work hard to achieve those desired colors gurl !!!!
