What kind of top coat do you use to make it look almost, like wet? I love it but I can never make my nails look like that.

I use the Seche Vite top coat :) I used to use Sally Hansen's Mega Shine top coat and it gave the same effect, but it would sometimes shrink the edges of the polish. Seche Vite is the best I've used so far :D
