Hi Brianna - I don't make videos, but the design is fairly simple! Paint your nails nude, then choose a silver glitter and a blueish glitter with a sheer blue base (I used LA Girl Glitter Addict in Explosion and Sinful Colors in Hottie) and made a gradient from the cuticles by alternating those two polishes, making it thicker near the cuticle. Then I added a stripe of silver glitter at the tip with a silver glitter striper polish, and then I added the rhinestones! :)
