1. Yellow base coat
2. Use a dotting tool to make the black looking tadpoles
3. Paint the tops of the nails black
4. Then fill in with some red (Let some yellow show)
5. Add some red sparkles
6. Top coat :)
TIP: I would use a thin polish for the black "tadpoles" or even achrylic paint
