Glitter liner
Sorry about the bad lighting. This eye look went well with my purple hair at the time. Soft pink in the crease, which faded into a bright blue. Black eyeliner was used, with a strip of blue glitter liner just above that. I used Physician's Formula gel liner from the Hazel collection to color my brow a nice purple.
