This water-based shadow features intense pigmentation with a whipped, silky texture and cooling feel. Souffle creates an even wash of sparkling color on your lids and can be worn on top of Artistique Eyeshadow to add a glimmering effect. The pigments are also buildable, fast-drying, non-creasing, and removes easily.
\nFor a soft, diffused effect, use a fingertip to tap on and then smooth out the shadow. Allow the formula to dry before tapping on a second layer. For more definition and control, use one of the Artistique Classic Shadow Brushes.
