Yes. Each compact comes with a full-size refill.

How do I apply it?

Lightly press the puff applicator into the center of the cushion to release the makeup. Apply the makeup with a soft patting motion, starting at the center of your face and blending out towards your hairline.

Can I wash the applicator?

Sulwhasoo cushion applicator puffs are anti-microbial. However, if preferred, you can occasionally wash the puff applicator with warm water and mild soap. Let it air dry in a well-ventilated area.
