What's his take on your hair and makeup? Most women try out looks based on current trends but does that turn him off? Beautylish goes straight to the source of the everyday man to find out exactly what men like.

Q & A CRAIG, 22 YEARS OLD

A host at popular restaurant in the North Beach section of San Francisco, Craig interacts with many women of different ages and ethnicities on any given night.

Q: What is your biggest turn on with women?

I like it when a girl wears more natural makeup and when she has long hair, especially curly. I like that.

**Q: What is your biggest turn off? **

Heavy makeup. I don't like when it's there's so much that it looks caked on.

**Q: Are you attracted to women who wear less makeup or more? Why? **

Less makeup for sure. I want to know what I wake up to in the morning.

**Q: Do bright colors intimidate you? **

Absolutely not. I have no problem with women who wear bright colors.

**Q: What is the makeup product that you hate seeing on women? **

Too much of the cheek color. I don't like it when it looks like it's not real.

**Q: Do you feel like false lashes, extensions, wigs, etc. are false advertisement? **

Not really, with extensions and wigs maybe, but not false lashes. That doesn't bother me.

Q & A Mark, 27 YEARS OLD

A young Financial Management Advisor who commutes from across the Bay Area in California, Mark has seen his fare share of different looking women traveling to work.

Q: What is your biggest turn on with women?

My biggest turn on is good eye makeup. I can't describe what it is exactly but it's something that draws me to their eyes, especially when they have pretty eyes.

**Q: What is your biggest turn off? **

Way too much makeup. When things aren't placed right and things are unproportional, that's a total turn off.

**Q: Are you attracted to women who wear less makeup or more? Why? **

I'm attracted to women who wear less makeup, I'm a 'natural beauty' kind of guy.

**Q: Do bright colors intimidate you? **

Yes, definitely. Most women who wear bright colors and know what to do with them are really pretty and I'm intimidated by pretty girls.

**Q: What is the makeup product that you hate seeing on women? **

Bright blush, its just too much sometimes.

**Q: Do you feel like false lashes, extensions, wigs, etc. are false advertisement?  **

Yes, I think it's false advertisement—but I don't mind them as long as it's not too much, like fake nails and fake hair.

Q & A ANDRE, 47 YEARS OLD

A restaurant owner in the busy city by the bay (and quite a fast talker as well), this busy and outgoing man interacts with many women on a day-to-day basis.

**Q: What is your biggest turn on with women? **

My biggest turn on is confidence. I enjoy a woman who can be herself, appreciate her appearance and understand that she looks good without having to cake on makeup.

**Q: What is your biggest turn off? **

Using your appearance to act like someone else. It's a major turn off when they're fake.

**Q: Are you attracted to women who wear less makeup or more? Why? **

I'm usually attracted to less but I think it depends. Some women look good with a lot of makeup on, I just hate it when a woman takes off her shirt and you can see a line of makeup on her collar.

Q: Do bright colors intimidate you?

No, not at all. I've been married three times, so nothing intimidates me.

**Q: What is the makeup product that you hate seeing on women? **

Too much foundation. When a woman at the gym looks like she's wearing a layer of makeup, it doesn't look right.

**Q: Do you feel like false lashes, extensions, wigs, etc. are false advertisement? **

No, but I think it depends on the person. If a woman is putting on a wig to go to the gym, that doesn't make any sense.
