Thank you for this video and sharing your thoughts on the subject. I think dark skin is beautiful. As for knuckles, that's where your skin bunches but and can appear darker. Oh I had a friend who got duped by a vitamin sales man that if you have dark knuckles, that means you have excess yeast in your body and she bought like $200 worth of supplements from him! Anyways, the society/media can make us feel inadequate, insecure and sometimes even ugly and I think sometimes the beauty industry even tries to prey on our weakness. It can be tough , minorities, people of colour are under-represented and some people feel like they need to look like the majority, after all, they are the norm, they are what's accepted etc. Without getting political, I'll just try wrap it up now. Thank you again for this video (more people need to watch it!) Confidence and self-esteem need to come from within. There's beauty in diversity, we don't have to look like everyone else, be yourself.
