Cool! You can use the end of a bobby pin or a makeup brush. You can also use a pin. It brings the same results as a dotting tool :)
thing is, I don't have a "doting tool", is there any commonly found objects that can substitute that? I live in a small town in southern Brazil so not a lot can be found...
