I have been using the Personal Microdermabrasion (PMD) for 6 weeks now and I have seen great results. I had orignally purchased the Clarisonic to help with my milia problem over a year ago. Even though I have seen results from using that, I was not happy that it wasn't able to help me get rid of all of them.
Even though it's only been 6 weeks, I can say that I have seen a major improvement in my skin, more than I have from using the Clarisonic for a year. However keep in mind, that I still do use my Clarisonic about twice a week in conjunction with the PMD.

Tips for using the PMD:
- Make sure your skin is clean & dry. This means no makeup, not even lotion!
- Always test it out on the back of your wrist or right below on your neck to see how your skin reacts to the PMD. If it turns red quickly then you have sensitive skin, if it takes a while then you have normal skin.
- Start with the blue disc first, not green & start lightly.
- Pull your skin taut, making sure the PMD is never sitting on one spot on your skin, also don't go over the same area twice!

I didn't mention this in the video, but applying a toner right after the treatment will help balance out the pH of your skin, and then apply moisturizer to help the healing process after a few minutes. Also be sure to clean the cap disc and black filter with alcohol after each use. Each disc will last up to three treatments.
