i so love that look but how do i pull it isoff on a low income budget,I mean so low the dollard store make is considered affordable for ppl of my means.i would love to look beautyful like normal women but i just don't have the income to back me up.

Thank you! Wet n Wild actually makes some great products! I love their shadows, gel liners and Mega Last Lip Colors! No one has to use the exact products I did to achieve the same look for sure, it just happens to be what I used that day. ^_^
