The giveaway will run from 10/3 - 10/17 (2012) on the tarte cosmetics site (link takes you directly to the sign up page) All requirements will be posted there.

tarte cosmetics will be choosing 10 lucky winners at random and will contact the winners within 10 business days after the giveaway ends via the info provided. (tarte will also be sending out the prizes themselves)

For every entry tarte will donate $.20 (twenty cents) to the Young Survival Coalition (learn more about the YSC here: http://www.youngsurvival.org/ )
